Calgary Stampede Planner
The Calgary Stampede mailed out planner booklets highlighting all the activities, shows and food for the 10-day event. This 120-page planner was based on the 100 year anniversary creative campaign. The design played up current images in colour and vintage images in black and white. The client supplied the copy and a library of images but specific images needed to be chosen and edited for quality. Sponsor ads were proofed for quality and formatting before insertion.
Calgary Stampede Lotteries Direct Mailer
The Calgary Stampede Lotteries raffle offer large prizes every year to fund raise for local charity groups. One main promotional asset was a 10-panel folding direct mailer. The direct mailer advertised all the different raffles, provided a mail-in form with a self-addressed envelope. The design was based on the current Stampede Lotteries campaign strategy utilizing supplied imagery.
Calgary Stampede Coca-Cola On Park Signage
Stampede Concession Menu Boards
Coca-Cola is the official soft drink for the Calgary Stampede’s 10-day event. As the official soft drink, Coke supplied the concessions and vendor’s menu signage. All signs need to be branded with Coke’s lifestyle imagery and products. Multiple menu versions were built to accommodate vendors with differing menus.
Calgary Stampede Combo Danglers Signage
Signage was built for the inside vendor’s food combination offers. Not all vendors carried the same food items requiring multiple versions of signs with different product combos. Clients were unable to supply the exact food images therefore stock images needed to be sourced and Photoshopped to create the final product.
Calgary Stampede Combo Totem signage
A-frame signage was supplied for Stampede vendors who featured food combinations that included Coke products. Alternate signs were created for vendors who catered different meal options and food pairings. The food combination images were sourced from stock images and photoshopped together to create the meal combinations.
Calgary Stampede Coca-Cola Bottles
As part of the Coca-Cola branding in the Stampede park Coke created large product bottles. The bottles were built in two sizes, 70” and 30” all with custom die lines.
Calgary Co-op Stampede Coca-Cola Contest POS
During the Calgary Stampede, Calgary Co-op, Coca-Cola and the Calgary Stampede partnered to host contests for exclusive prize package experiences. The contest required modifications to Coca-Cola packaging in addition to creating contest ballot boxes, posters and tent toppers. The layout was based on the current creative campaign and the clients current product and brand imagery.
Calgary Stampede and Coca-Cola Chuck Wagon Display and Shippers
During the Calgary Stampede local grocery stores build western themed in-store displays using the products. Coca-Cola and the Calgary Stampede partnered to create a chuck wagon that could be used to wrap cases of Coke soft drinks. Images were sourced and edited to create the seamless weathered wood effect including the branding of the logos. The chuckwagon was built in nine pieces that easily snapped together to house the cases. Header cards and sides panels were built to be reused on existing Coke shippers for bottled products.
